Story

a twist on the classic gentleman’s steakhouse.

O.N.E. Hospitality will be opening the new Andonia’s Chophouse in the Crossings off of Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster County in 2024.

Andonia's Chophouse will be a casually sophisticated Italian seafood and steakhouse featuring freshly butchered locally sourced steaks, housemade scratch pasta, and an extensive wine and cocktail program. The restaurant will occupy a cornerstone property at The Crossings, which currently houses Wegmans, Starbucks, and Miller’s Ale House, among other key tenants. Plans for the space include a centralized round bar with an exposed live flame kitchen, a dry aging room for cuts of meat, and a wine cellar.

This is a brand new concept from York based O.N.E. Hospitality, the umbrella restaurant group behind more than a dozen brands across Central PA. After opening their flagship farm-to-table restaurant Tutoni's in York in 2014, the group has gone on to produce several more restaurants and food trucks (The Cantina, Aviano’s Trattoria, The Rig-a-toni) and in 2019 introduced a line of quick service restaurants called Presto Fast Italian, which has two Lancaster County locations and three in York.

“Our group originally found its niche in the farm to table movement with an entirely scratch Italian kitchen at Tutoni’s. We became known for our line of scratch fresh pasta, Tutoni’s Flour Shop, which we’re excited to also share at Andonia’s Chophouse. We’re looking forward to sharing our passion for food, wine, and service in a new location with a new concept,” said Toni Calderone, Owner.

“Andonia’s Chophouse will be a new “big city”  twist on the classic gentleman’s steakhouse. This will be a polished spot for a business lunch or classy night out. Guests will be able to pick their cut of meat and rely on our house sommelier to make the perfect wine pairing to go with it. We’re excited to bring in our Michelin rated culinary team and a well versed wine and beverage team to deliver a world class experience,” said Calderone.

Construction on the project is slated to begin over the next few weeks and finish early 2024. In collaboration with Warehaus York and Revolution Contracting, O.N.E. Hospitality Group hopes to welcome guests by the Spring.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining the great array of full service restaurants in Lancaster County and we can’t wait to open our doors to guests, said Calderone.
